Help Needed With Back Pain

I hurt my back yesterday at work pretty good. I was just wondering what the best method of killing back pain is using mmj??? any help would be appreciated.

Vaporize a good strong Indica every 2-3 hours.
Ingest 2 droppers full of a good Indica Tincture every 4-5 hours.
Eat a strong Indica based edible every 5-6 hours.
The key being Indica strains for pain.

Go on ebay & get a portable lumbar traction machine,they cost between $600 to $900 new & most peoples insurance pays for them,after peoples back pain stops they dump the units on ebay dirt cheap.

You can buy em all day long for $100, it would be the best money you ever spent twords back pain,the traction machines work better than orycontin or dilaudid for aleviating back pain.

Smokin dope does nothing for my back pain other then giving me a better mental state,which then makes it a bit easier to push through the pain,for back pain relief mj is not the answer,you want traction to allow the discs to reshape themselves & high level opiates to deaden the pain.

Well what you should had done is tell your boss and make a report of it. That way if it continues to hurt your workplace would send you to a chiropractic to get better, but otherwise jumping into a tub full of warm water and chilling in there for 10min is good for your back, or have someone message it

This is a medical marijuana forum not a "Hillbilly Heroin" forum.

Don't listen to this guys BS about bogus inversion tables and "high level opiates".

I was also searching for the effective solution for back pain.

Deep breat man... Remeber marijuana doesn't effect everyone the same some people just get no pain releif for there back and there are others such as myself that do. He was just suggesting a very popular way to manage back problems. I would suggest the OP tries some heavier strains for pain and if it doesn't work out then they will have to find another way. Don't diss the inversion tables and other machinery it can help a lot.... Physical therapy is used for a reason.
