Then that's not nearly enough light. You can put 4x600W in there for almost perfect coverage.
As for a fan, depends on how much light. Let's assume you have 2400W, you know you will eventually or why buy that big of a tent?
To properly cool, you need to exchange the air 3-4 times per minute. With roughly 350 cubic feet, that calls for a big ass fan! 8-10in at least. When you add a filter to the fan circuit you cut down the CFM by about 25% which means an even bigger fan. Giant fans are expensive, not to mention LOUD.
The best solution is to air cool the lights with an 8in. fan rated about 750CFM or so. This removes about 75% of the heat. That leaves much less radiant heat to deal with. A 6in. at about 450 CFM can handle that chore as well as scrubber duties.
Should you stay with the single 600W for a while, I suggest the 6in. to cool and clean. It should handle the job easily. You may even need to slow it down in the winter. When buying the filter, oversize is ALWAYS best. If not, it may work fine for a long time or you may come home someday to find the house smells like a plantation. Never good.
Don't have any first hand knowledge about Ruck fans. I don't think they sell them over here. Everybody I've talked to in Europe seems to swear by them though. I use Vortex fans. Never failed me in more than ten years of use. The one time I had a problem, my fault btw, they replaced it with no questions and even paid shipping both ways. Plantlightinghydroponics.com has the best prices on Vortex. Although shipping to you may negate any price break from the Ruck fan.
Hope this helps,
Fred
