Help!! need to know a few imporant details

Hey guys just had a few questions for anyone willing to help, I have 8 plants total in a tent, 4 of them clones and 4 of them are seedlings which I started from bagseed 60 days ago. I just recently transplanted them into 3 gallon containers, they previously were in 1 gallon pots until yesterday...the question I have is how much should I water them? I fed them this morning and gave them each 1 quart of water/nutrient mix but they all seem like the could taken more. When I had them in 1 gallon pots I was feeding them almost every other day 2 cups of water/nutrient mix, I figured I would double it now so thats where I came up with a quart, if that is not enough someone please please tell me, I also was wondering since they just were transplanted and I know that is a "Stressful" time, should I wait 1 or 2 weeks longer in veg before I flower them?

When the soil is dry i lift the plant n wait til its lite then water
