Looks like that is about 3ft or so in length by about 2ft in width? Just an eyed guess.

Depending on what type of Cfl's you want to use, you can go with a few larger watt bulbs and fill in the canopy with those, or get 8-16 32w cfl's and arrange them in sets of four with y-plugs.

I mean, there are lots of options.

i wat to put two in there that is all
Ok, I would go for two 125w or 250w big cfls with batwing reflectors.

I would get one of each, 6500k (for vegitation) and 2700k (for flower) and run both throughout the entire grow.

You could also get the spiral type cfls.

Something like this for veg,

and something like this for flower,

Or you could just pick up a few Cree LED globes and use less watts while most likely getting the same or better yield/results.

Op still hasn't posted dimensions.......asking for what is adequate lighting for a space of.... OP the best way to determine the tight lighting for a space is to know how big the space is. Two plants.......... Two plants to veg for how long? I know guys are vegging one plant under 600watts.

Without knowing dimensions of your space or size expectations for your plant, I'd say stick as many watts up in there as space and heat allow.
