So anyways i got spider mites because I had my friend take care of my plants for a little while :finger:. Well i killed them off with a mild soap solution and ive disenfected my closet multiple times .But now i think im having nutrient deficiency . I was thinking it was nitrogen and magnesium and probably calcium. Im not giving any nutes and the soil PH is a little bit under 7 stable. Im not sure about temp but ik its not hot cuz i normally have a fan going and i have 2 26w 6500k cfl a couple inches away. this plant is like 8 weeks old but you cant tell cuz i buried the stem and chopped the plant. IDK what to do. This is embarrasing but as it is my first grow. I was thinking about putting in eggshells for calcium, epsom salt for magnesium, and coffee grounds for nitrogen. I need help now! Should i just get nutes?:-(

What's your soil? Looks like it would take a while to dry out, expecially with the lights ur using(they look a little close btw), u sure ur not overwatering? And yea a solid base nute is a good investment

Oh geez, that girls in some pretty bad shape. Id chalk it up to not enough research and lack of proper equipment. I know thats not what youd like to hear but its what i see. You need more lights, better nutrients than coffee grounds and probably another try. You might be able to salvage it but i have my doubts. Id get some nutes, bigger lights like at least 42 watters at least and flip it to bloom and hope for the best. Good luck :):):)

I didnt see the plant for over a week at my friends so it came back like this and he had no clue what he was doing and thank u ninja for ur honesty. Ive only had it for about 2 days and its just getting worse. I kinda already knew it was from lack of nutes and i knew its not enough light. its just what i have. I mean i know pretty much what I should be doing because im on these forums almost 24/7 and ive lost countless hours of sleep researching for this plant. Its just a lack of a budget. But to chronic, its miracle gro potting soil and actually it dries out extremely quickly. I know for sure im not overwatering. I water when the soil is starting to get dry under the top layer. I try to just keep the soil damp

Old leaves tell a tail.

New leaves talk about today.

It looks like its too hot in there but your new growth is green and clean looking.

You could risk the shock and re pot it in an aeration tub with fox farm or something and put it outside.

Repoting now seems like certain death, my money still on overwater cause that plant is prolly consuming next to nothing, and those CFL defiantly arnt dryin it out anytime all soon, unless ur temps are crazy high.., how many times a week you give it water?

i just said screw it. i rooted a clone off this plant and she is doin fine :) so i put the clone under the light that this plant is. i cant put any money in it till next week and by then it will die so next week im gonna get a 400w mh/hps light with the fox farm trio in kellogs patio plus soil and grab like 2 atomic northern lights clones. Next time will be flawless!!!!!
