Help! My outdoor sativa Trainwreck is flowering way too early!

So I woke up today and my sativa Trainwreck was flowering, way early! What can I do to force her back from flower to veg? The plant is only 2 feet tall, and I would like her much taller before she enters her flowering phase. Is there some nutrient I can give it a lot of to get it back to veg? Or deprive it of? I can't really extend its light, it has been getting the exact same amount of light it has been getting since it was moved from its dome to dirt. Btw this is girl (Trainwreck) is the only girl acting up. The rest of my girls are veging away happily without a flower in sight. Anyways any help would be appreciated, because if it goes to flower now I'll yield less than a half oz = ( Here are a couple pics of this early flowering girl.

This is my first outdoor grow. Im used to having complete control of light and everything in my indoor setup. At what point should the plants be topped? Is it too late? This girl isn't branching out nicely like her sisters... BTW that plant was going thru transplant shock when i took that pic.

I want to start by saying I hope its a legal grow because man that green is sticking out like a sore thumb. Now to your "problem", If its getting shaded by something at sunrise or sunset that would be a contributing factor. Ive seen a plant that was grown on the side of the road and because the street light lit only half of the plant at night, only half of the plant was flowering!!

Off topic but that pot is way to small for outdoors its shooting for the sky bugger the pots of dig a hole... then put a couple truck tyres stacked up then feel it with the best soil u can get that a 3 pounder straight up

Yes it's a legal grow. I live in California, and I have an RX under prop 215, due to my severe peripheral neuropathy, insomnia, and panic disorder. I hadn't thought about something throwing shade on them at the beginning or end of their light cycle. I will definitely check to see if that is a contributing factor. It has also already been transplanted into a 5 gallon pot. Unfortunatly at this point the whole plant is flowering, so I'm just gonna make the best of it and give it flower nutrients. Thanks for all the info and suggestions folks, I seriously appreciate you good people taking time to answer my noobish questions.
