I do not know which is best way, Dr .Pecker mentioned Smoking the Oil, so i would try smoking first,.......If you ask the people at main street marijuana they should be able to recomend the best grade for your friend
i would also make some food stuff - cakes, Brownies etc. it has a different effect on the body. i would ask a Dr. who practices traditional Chinese medicine aswell.
