Help my baby got burnt!

Hey guys, sorry for posting this here, i have this in my grow journal as well. I came home today and noticed my gal was about an inch away from the lights! she is burned, this is my first grow, anyone know how bad it looks??? what can i do to help her ! give her a good nap????
any advice is helpful i appreciate RIU.org so much, i'll post the link to my journal and also pics of my lil burn victim! =(

Really you think so!!! ohh dude my mind has been running all day i thought she was dooomed she has a brassy tinge on her fan leaves and ive been going crazy all day, should i keep her away from the direct light and off to the side??

no.. you dont wanna do that either.. i don' think that you had mentioned what kind of lights that you are growing with, but if you are using cfl's, you will want to keep your plants as close to them as possible.. this is a common problem with seedlings and cfl's.. you have to keep them super close to the lights for them to grow well, and at the same time they grow soo damned fast at this stage..
if you don't already have one, get yourself a nice fan and point in over the top of you plants, a circulating fan works good as it is not blowing on the plants non stop.. the fan does two things for you.. the breeze will help to strengthen your seedling and the fan will help to disapate any heat build up..
i wouldn't stress that lil bit of burn you have there, not too bad at tall really.. just gotta be on top of your babies at this stage and move them several times a day if need be.. not always the easiest thing to do if you have a job and all, but really no way around it, but a lil fan does help out..

Thanks guys, i do have 3 80mm fans running right now, a small circular fan would be ideal that i can fit inside my grow box with the ladies, and yes i am runnin cfls. Being at school and runnin back and forth is no issue im only 5 min away from skool home and do not work right now. Thanks for the help guys hope i didnt stress her out 2 much!! i'll give her a lil toke b4 bed!
