hi,
ive never grown indoors b4 alyways out i want to use a 150w hps from start to finish is this poss veg/flower from same bulb?

hints/tips please

Yea of course. MH bulbs are the best for veg but HPS works well too. HPS is great for flowering. Just make sure you have SUFFICIENT cooling

I used hps for veg and it worked good...

A switchable ballast will make a difference.This way you can switch from MH to HPS and not have an issue. They are more expensive but they pay for themselves in the long run. If price is not an option then a dimable switchable ballast is what you want for start to finish.

You can put an MH bulb in a HPS ballast no problem.
