help me please

I stunted the growth of my plants in the first month they are now 8 weeks old and should be scheduled to flower, i dont know if i should prolong the flowering cycle and try and get them bigger or not? and how do i reverse the effects and make them grow tall?

since you stunted their growth all you can do is wait until they're healthy enough to flower....do you have any pics of your setup?

If the roots were damaged, for whatever the reason, often the plants will never fully recover. Flower them now and hope they grow a foot or two in flowering. But if it was me, I'd chuck them and start over since your yield will be fairly limited no matter what.

I am using a 1000 watt MH light, I am asking for help in this forum not smart ass remarks.

in other words...thats too many plants for a 1000w mh...i could understand if you were trying to do sog in smaller pots...but in regards to your original question, your plants look healthy just a bit stretched out

Yes you should wait to flower. There is no way to reverse the problem just wait in veg and see if it helps...

how high up is that light over the canopy? 24"

Your issue is not enough light for that many plants. I'm guessing your light is too high also. Probably not a bad job growing otherwise.

For quality, a 4 X 4 area for each 1000 watter. Some do less, some do more but I think this is the standard.

Open light? cool tube? You may be able to drop it down.

MM those plants look pretty lush and healthy. You're doing something well, keep it up. I think I'd key in to what Coho's suggesting. If they were mine I'd consider moving them closer together and moving the light closer to the plants. I've only grown once though.

They look ready to rock & roll to me. Photons of light do = bud......we all fight to max the light for each individual plant. Might think about potting up before the flip but I wouldn't be afraid to flower those babies out.
Forget what the pic looks like now but for sure you'll be balls deep in 2 weeks of 12/12....they do take off.

Things look great in your garden from where I sit. Nice grow. And I agree with Papa, flower away and watch them fill your area the next 2 or 3 weeks.......

The lower u place the light, the more air movement is required to stop any heat building up too close to the plants. Blow a fan on the area just below the light to disapate the higher temps there. I plant fairly close, closer then most, and put 12 plants under each 1000 watter. The bigger the plants are, the less you should have under a single bulb. The correct answer depends on strain too.......

How bout some pics so we can see what's going on? If they got stunted but are now healthy, then you should be seeing steady new growth. If you're not seeing that you should wait to flower. Wait as long as it takes to make sure they are healthy and the size you want before flipping to 12 12.

You're doing great! Get whatever light you are using a little closer but they don't look nute burned or overwatered so kudos for keeping them going and growing. I mean keep them in veg state a while longer with the light closer.
