help me please, ive looked everywhere!

hey guys, these are 3 different plants all with the same problem from the same grow area. 2foot x 2foot x 4 feet all growing under 4 - 23 watt cfls (6500K) and 2- 42 watt (2700K), temps dip into 60's at night and between 74-81 during day, i've looked at the plant problems chart but cant quite figure it out, all help will greatly be appreciated. lights on 24 hours a day, watered when soil gets dry first 1'', promix soil, with botanicare pro grow nutes, 5ml's of pro grow and 5ml's of liquid karma ph'ed to 6.7-6.9

Contrary to what others may say a dark period even if only 4 hours is more beneficial to plants then 24 hour light. Plants use the dark period to generate new growth and build a strong root system. In your second pic the tips look burned and curled from possible nutrient burn. Maybe someone else can comment.

Do you know the ppm of the water when you mix your fertilizer in that you have been feeding them? Are there already nutrients in the soil you are using?

No it's promix bx, and no I don't know the ppms Of the water before or after I mix nutes but the ph is about 7 before mixing

I dont know if u under fed or over, or over watered, but i just put mine in Roots coco soil, and use 1000ppm fertilizer every watering afterr they are a few weeks old and it works every time and is simple, you just need a ppm meter. If that was my plant i would transplant into a big pot of some similar soil and then water with PH'd water the first 2 waterings. Then use 1000ppm grow fertilizer on the rest of the waterings and i bet it would come back.
