u should transplant them very carefully into differnt pots before the roots get too long

First you need to separate them into individual pots before they get any bigger.
Dig down underneath each one carefully when you take them out, the initial tap root grows straight down and you dont want to break it.
Make sure the soil you transplant into is nice and loose with little nutes in it.
Water in well with ph'd water and they should start to take off.
Once they begin to grow you can give them a dose of some N based liquid nutes.
Go easy to start with or you'll fry them.

Yeah man, you want to have that size of container for EACH of those plants.

I would transplant them like Mendez said and as soon as you get them all in their final place, then you can start fertilizing them.

I usually start out with an all purpose 20-20-20 fertilizer every other watering.

Just curious...are these outdoors? The night temps have been below 50 at least in my area.
obviously they are outdoors lol but yea they look good they are just growing slow cuz its in the off season lol its comin tho quick.... what kind of soil are u using? if its standard soil whatever nutes are in it will be gone about after 3 weeks...
