Help me ID my deficiency...

Hi, im a fairly inexperienced grower, infact, this is only my second indoor attempt.
Im bringing it back to the basics with a one plant grow, unknown seed i got from a friend, using CFL's for now, and possibly the entire grow, a mixed spectrum totalling 94 watts, but i have more to add when need be. My box is 11" X 13" x 26"
Trying the LST method which seems to be working very well.
I think my problem is either due to a deficiency of some description, or over feeding, which is caused by the slow release ferts (its in some schultz potting soil plus)
ill attach a few images and if any of the more knowledgeable growers out there can have a look and possibly identify the problem, or better yet help me out with a solution, id be more than grateful!

This sprouted the 20th of january, so i think its doing alright growth-wise, (is it?) and i presume thats more to do with the beans being good, not my newbie greenthumb :P

Looks like the soil is burning the shit out of it. If it were me I'd go to a Ace Hardware and buy some Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil and add a 8 quart bag of perlite too it and transplant into that and only water with ph 6.6 water no nutes atleast till the first month of veg is through.

Thanks for the reply! thats just what i had feared, they arent allowed to sell foxfarm here in canada, so instead i ordered some SUNSHINE mix, worm castings and advanced nutrients grow and micro, i have some sensi bloom a&b and perlite from last grow too, the ups standard will take up to 10 days, so fingers crossed she can hang in there for that long!

I ended up getting her in some promix and worm castings, looks like its healthier already! I'll upload some pics at a later date. With the nutes I mentioned above, I have a question, will the sensi a&b work in combination with the micro and grow? I thought it would at first but the labels on the micro & grow say they should be used with the bloom (not the a&b) ...

Looks more like heat stress than a mineral deficiency. You have that as well overall so feed a reduced strength feeding. But get way more air moving.

My temps are never over 85 though and I have a fan blowing on it almost constantly, i turn it off to try and raise humidity which i cant get above 20 which is way too low i know, just hard to change in a dry climate without a humidifier (im going to get one asap) it's on a 24hr light cycle too, but I doubt that is an issue..
Also.. Mugsy seems to think its nuteburn, but your saying it's a deficiency ... If I go ahead and add nutes like your saying, and Mugsy is right, I'll end up killing it off entirely won't I?

Now at day 46 of veg,
Looking a lot better after the re-pot and fed the last two waterings, just over half the recommended dosage, a teaspoon of micro per two litres of water, ph is at 7.

Also, changed the lighting to 4 x 26watt 6500k cfl's totalling 6400 lumens, and arranged around the plant quite closely, i moved them up a tad earlier actually to try and get some of the bush out of the pot... Should have filled it a bit more to start with but live and learn i suppose.

Lookin' good! I too struggle with how much nutrients to use , and when to start. But when you think about it, soil (good soil) has nutrients already. Especially ones that are formulated to produce good crops! So, this time I am waiting at least 4 weeks before I introduce anything but water and Superthrive.
I read somewhere, (maybe on this forum) that using no nutes at all will give you a better result than too much....
I burnt some new starts so bad I thought they were going to start smoking, lol. Sometimes.........well ok, most times I'm my own worst enemy. I find a recipe for some super dirt using cow manure compost, babies food, egg shells, blood meal, bone meal, epsom salts and some other additions i can't remember. I mix it up with some worm compost and then plant my seeds. And then, dumb ass that I am, I give all these plants a full dose of general hydroponics nutrient mix...........I could not believe what I did..........I managed to save one plant, a Critical Sensi Star that took a good month to recover and her leaves still look like shit. My plan now is to try to clone the star and start over with store bought soil and miserly on the nutes. And to wear sackcloth and put ashes on my face to atone for my affront to the Cannibis Lord!
