HELP ME!!! I need help with flowering!!!

Hey every1. i need help. i got 3 23 watt cfls, and 4 34 watt four foot floresent tubes. my plants are vegged. i think there ready for flowering. im not sure though. u can look at my pics and tel me what u think. should i flower? there preflowers have showed. is this enough light?

You can flower any time you like... generally speaking , I like to wait 6-8 weeks of veg,then switch over to 12/12 lighting.

i have pix in my ablum. i dont know how to post them up on the thread. can ne1 help? i also took out the sfls. do i still have enough light?
