Help me i dont understand

This is a cloned plant that a friend gave me... it look like it's starting to flower, also it has only 3 fan leaves can some1 explain..
I agree with DarkWeb, the single point rounded leaves that are appearing top/midway are classic signs of revegging .(you usually only get leaves like this at the first set from seed unless you reveg)

Might want to bump your light cycle up to 20/4 if it's flowering already at 18/6.

It's a clone so it's older than if it were that size from seed.

How long has it been it the cup? If the root ball is as mature as the above ground plant you will want to repot to a larger pot.

Well since I have a plant that's in a reveg state should I transplant an let the plant grow out....help me

Either flower it if you're happy with the size, or as i recommend move it to AT LEAST a 3.5 gal pot and veg it out for 1.5 months. You'll have a monster by then. You already know its female so just try to stress as little as possible.

I just took it out of the cup and the root ball looks good white roots all around I'm going to transplant it when I get back from the store How should I feed this plant now this is the 1st time I've ever seeing this

Wait for a week after transplant, start it on veg nutes

Agree. Its just revegged a little.
Up pot and keep it on a steady light schedule. I'd bump it to 20/4

Some of the older cuts trigger very easily
