Hi Folks,

After made my first DIY 3 vero 29 4000k 2.1A@38V , with much help from many users ( thanx to all guys )
I will once again , need your help for new setup .

I'm gonna buy 8x cxb3590 3500K CD bin 36V from kingbright ( thx realstyles :) )
Drive by meanwell HLG-185H-C1400A ( 2 drivers ; 4 cobs per driver right ? )

For vero setup, i used https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/alpine-64-plus.html

But i wouldnt use kind of this cooling .
But i would like to have one like this

http://www.rapidled.com/productimage.php?product_id=573&current_image=3
http://www.rapidled.com/6-x-20-premium-heat-sink-and-enclosure/

The goal is to put 2 cobs cxb3590 36V at 1.4A 50W by heatsink completed with 16 cree xp-e photo red 660nm
( [email protected] so 36.8V for 16 led at 0.7A almost 26W ) so 130W on same heatsink.
Where i can find the perfect heatsink for this ? i would use active cooling with ventirad noctua style placed on heatsink

i think the rapidled heatsink can't match with waht i want huh ?

Thx buddies

Here is a nice individual model for individual locations. ->http://www.cooliance.com/NA/Products/LED-Coolers/LED-Coolers-For-Cree-Arrays.html

At 700mA (51W), a 12-20" spread between COBs is doable, depending on the canopy size you need to cover. If you are planning on using active cooling, for (4) CXA3590s (204W)
-3.5" profile - 46" length
-4.23" profile, 36" length
-4.6" serrated, 17.5" length
-4.9" profile, 25.5" length
-5.375" profile, 17.5" length
-5.88" profile, 23" length
-7.28" profile, 17.5" length
-8.46" profile, 15" length

But if you are thinking passive cooling, with a little help from your circulation fan, basically triple the lengths above. I am still experimenting with reducing the passive cooling numbers though, you might be able to get away with a lot less if your circulation fan is hitting them.

Thx guys for help ,

Ok , so in my mteric system , on the heatsinkusa site, i pick 7.280" wide ( largeur 17,78 cm ) and for lenght ( longueur ) , i pick 17.5" ( 43,18 cm )
Put a fan on it , does this are ok for 2 cxb 36V at 1.4A + 16 cree xp-e ?

would like to say i want "bar" heatsink model more than cooler processor style you know , too boring to install and to manipulate .

while i was writing, i was thinking it must exist some nude cob led spot enclosure cooling system included ??
Got to be more practice to install in a tent .
If i found this , i 'll take this solution more than a bar heatsink

Something like this?
Specifications:
Diameter:
99 mm
Height:
75 mm
Thermal Resistance:
0.26 °C/W
Weight:
425 g
Anodized Color:
Clear
Dissipated Power Pd:
150 W
Material:
AL6063-T5
Fan Voltage:
12 VDC
Fan Speed:
2600 RPM
Noise @ 1m:
35.6 dBA
eheh , well not really, i want something other than cpu cooler ( what it looks like right ?)
too boring too install in my tent. Got to make an frame or something like this , or drilled it to insert screw.
Whereas with aluminium bar its more easy to find an easy solution to fix it in a tent.
Well for me :)

But thx for help man :)

Its a cooler designed specifically for cob led's. Has holes ready to screw into, for many different types of cob holders. They run about $14 us each....

Sorry , its my bad, bad explain
Around the cobs i will put cree xp-e, you know cob in a cencter with 8 xpe around.
And to place this, with cpu cooler style, to much complex.
In fact not so hard, but i dont have the tools to do this.
I would like to have an drill press ect .... and place to work , but i don't :/
