Help Marijuana plant leaves turning brown..

Ok i am very new to this and have no idea why this is happening.. My plants leaves are turning brown and curling up. and also, these are about 2 weeks old and they are about 6 inches tall and the stems are very thin.. idk what is wrong with it or what i can do to help it..

How many leaves are up so far?

Mine started turning brown but that was after the new sets of leaves already developed. So they eventually fall off.

Might be too hot, and if the plants are stretching it means it trying to get to the light, which is abit ironic.

Pics would be helpful, but it sounds to me like you may have over-watered the girls. Root rot isn't reversible.

Did this happen after watering?

wait, how far should i keep the CFL light away form the plant? and should i keep it on 24/7?

you can keep the CFL's within 1-2 inches of the plants as long as they do not get to hot.

i do my lights 20 on 4 off, but you can do anything between 18 - 24 on.

nah drop ya light cycle down to 18/6 and if you have good air circulation you should have the cfl about an inch away
