2 shovels sand or perlite
1 shovel horse poo - or sheep poo
1 shovel worm castings
1 shovel garden compost
0.5 shovel crushed eggshell

I'd lose the vermiculite. Peat moss will take care of water retention.

I use LC's soiless mix which is similar to ur ingredients. Its 5 parts peat moss, 3 parts perlite, 2 parts worm castings but i use mushroom compost instead. dolomite lime, bone and blood meal and kelp meal. Its been workin great for me and so easy to make

Add some kelp meal to your mix. I know you have the liquid, but the meal really helps.

I'm also running LC's mix. Good stuff.

This mix is already shaping up to be much more complete than the mix you posted a few days ago. I see nothing wrong with your mix but I will once again remind you to err on the side of more substrate and less nutrients than vice versa. Your young plants will be much happier and get a faster jump start if they don't start out by being dropped into shock due to the mix being too rich, and if it starts needing more, you can always top dress with your nutes and supplement with teas.

I am watching this grow with interest as I've seen your mix(and your knowledge) evolve so far from where it started already.
