help looking for a good strain

hello hope I am in the right post . a lil over a year and half ago I was in a bad motorcycle wreck, and mostly recovered but still having muscle spasms ETC...
along with some digestive problems very sensitive to a lot of foods had a tree branch puncher the lower abdomen .anyway I was wanting some suggestion
on what type of strain would you guys suggest for muscle spasms ,digestive health and still some pain from broken ribs etc.. I know its asking a lot but thought id
ask your all's opinion . Been growing P.P.P and a type of kush the kush appears to he helping the most

The PPP is typically a sativa, or head high, which is typically not good for pain. Your kush on the other hand is more likely indica leaning, indicas give that body buzz, which helps a lot more than a sativa type high. But I'm thinking a high cbd indica would be a better choice for pain and muscle relief. I have a lot to lean about cbd strain before I could tell you straight up which ones, but a member here name stowandgrow could probably stir you in the right direct. I'm sure he'll chime in soon or later.

One strain I did pick up lately, though I haven't ran it yet, is sour blueberry by HSO that is supposedly good for muscle spasms and seizures. Cheers.

Yes the PPP was an easy grow and good yield ,but didn't help a lot , I`ll be placing an order from seedman, I`ll look for the rare darkness, and the blueberry still really new , was looking at greenhouse seeds ? didn't know anything about the cbds ? Thanks for the info.

If you're new then I would suggest that sour blueberry from HSO and northern lights blue from delicious seeds, both feminized and easy to grow with that indica high you're looking for. Or see if you can get some bodhi seeds crosses with hash plant, though the bodhis would be regulars seeds, meaning males and females. Cheers and hope that helps.

looking into the cbd strains, not sure what I am looking for yet but will work it out LOL

Have a look at medicine man from Mr Nice, it has a higher than average cbd. The smoke is nice and mellow but puts you on the couch. Just watch the bongover too the next day, I always wake up stoned ha ha.

Gonna want a heavy indica edibles are also a lot heavier shit will make you forget all about the pain I don't like the taste though so I cook hash into coconut oil and fill pill capsules, helps prevent cancer too.

I think I would try an afghan kush
