HELP!!!! Is she okay??

Hi okay we are first time growers first off.
Here are our grow room specs:

It is a computer tower stealth grow box.
One 150 watt flourescent light bulb.
One 200 watt flourescent light bulb.
The fan from the computer itself for ventilation.
Also has aluminum reflective material around the box.
We are using expert gardens organic plant food.
24 hour lighting.

Here's the problem. Recently all of our plants leaves have begun to droop. see attatched photos.
Are we doing something wrong, and is our plant salvageable?

Looks fine to me but, make sure your ph is at acceptable levels.

CHECK YOUR PH. 6 TO 6.5... JUST TO RULE IT OUT. But it looks a lot like overwatering, i call it the barf effect, your leaves swell up and your plant looks full and like its gonna spew chunks, your new growth is a lil light green, maybe some Nitrogen bud

make sure your temps, and ph are in proper range and dont overwater.. top 3 biggest mistakes... overwatering.....overfeeding, and picking too prematurely {harvest}
