OK so I've got the three monsters in this closed in part of room with aeroponics. It's just now 1 week of flower and they are touching ceiling and stalk is 1 inch thick towards the top and lst pulls plants over cuz I had been growing in kitty litter buckets, the yellow ones the net pot is still in lid and lid is just sitting on top of 2x4s only way I could figure to get root mass in, and they were drinking it dry every couple days so I built this enclosed room to eliminate my problem of light leaks last time. Now they are sitting 3 or 4 feet off the ground but they are still about 4 feet themselves and I could lower box it wouldn't be easy but then I wouldn't know how to make them drain. I thought about planting them in box sideways and let roots dangle but idk. Any help would be great, I took a video a minute ago but don't know best place to upload

Cut the entire upper parts off, all I can suggest. You apparently let them veg way too long for your space. 4 feet is not enough height for anything that's not purposely kept small. Or else lower it. You'll figure out a way eventually.

I thought about putting them in floor and put rez under house lol then they would really spread cuz lights are hung bare bulb in center of room now 2x 600w hps. there was 4 but one was in bad shape b4 the transplant cuz it was the biggest. Luckily the one was one of the 2 headbands I was growing (pretty sure) so I've still got one aND my obi-want kush and kushy kush

You just need to plan better next time. 4 feet is definitely not going to work.

Oh I will make it work somehow, I can turn them sideways or put them in floor or secure bottom better so I can lst and get lights back above plants. Just looking for ideas of something I may not have thought of. Upside is I've got good textured thick mylar on walls, need to do ceiling too probably but plants are so thick light doesn't touch walls behind them.

Pics would help

Super-cropping halfway down the main stalks & auxiliaries is an option.........keep doing it till stretch stops, will delay maturity.

your call and good luck

OK I think this is pretty much what I did and I will do a room redesign next grow but I superd some and multicropped some (multiple gentle supercrops) and did some tying down mostly but now I'm pretty sure stretch is stopping and I now have to crawl in to get to rezz lol. I added about 8 cfls around perimeter of bottom for undergrowth (the boxes being lined with mylar makes this a nice addition in person) and went ahead and put my new 1000w cooltube in there also since I wasn't getting to do SOG this and put reflectors back on the 2 600ws and put them level on ceiling (also big difference) now if I can keep heat and humidity under control I will be good. From left to right in pics it is obi-wan kush, headband (true original strain) , and kushy kush on right. I also have pic of kushy kush from mid stretch with me holding it in the air (had to fix a leak)

You can lower them to the floor and use a water pump to drain them. Either place the pump in the reservoir or place it in a container of water over the drain and siphon. It would be a little more work each changeout but you wouldn't have to chop the plant.

Thx I think I got it with some heavy training tho. Next time I'm gonna lower to floor and cut hole in floor outside the room for rezz, should keep rezz cooler too and floor is already falling in on that room by wall so no loss there that's why I picked that room. Question can mildew on wall spread anything to plants?
