Help ID'ing leaf blight

I need some help in determining what is causing the lower fan leaves on one of my plants to turn brown and dry out. I have four plants going in a hydro setup, but only one is showing the problem. Today is day 27 (counted day 0 as the day I put the seeds in to germinate.) I moved the seedlings into rockwool (did the pH balancing thing first followed by a soak in Thrive Alive B1 Red), set in a 6in mesh pot filled with Hydroton on day 2 and had a constant drip of distilled water going the first week, while foliar feeding with a solution of B1 Green and Sugar Daddy. Week 2 I added BC Technaflora nutes at 1/4 strength (Boost, Grow, B1 Red, Magical, and SugarDaddy) with a fresh supply of RO water. Week 3 I went to half strength, again with fresh RO water. Week four I started them on full strength nutes, changing the water again and still using the RO.

All four plants look healthy as hell; just the one plant is showing the problem on the lower fan leaves. Grow chamber temps average around 80F with the lights on with 35-40% humidity, and drop down to around 75F when the lights are off. I have them under two 125w CFL's, with four 54w T5's mounted to the corners (running vertically) of the chamber. I have been keeping the pH around 5.8, and going by what BC Technaflora states the TDS should be 1100ppm. I'll be adding a ventilation system as well as CO2 this week (disabled, so having to do things a bit at a time.)

I looked through the really long post that had a description of just about every malady possible, but could not seem to pinpoint this. Any help in ID'ing the problem and developing a solution would be much appreciated. Only four fan leaves are affected right now (one in early stage) but I took several photos of each in the hopes it would make it easier for someone more knowledgable to tell me what is wrong.

Magnesium def.
Thanks, in the long post with everything listed that was one possibility (Boron being another.) The thing that had me most curious was why it is only affecting the one plant and not the other three. Would it be better to raise the pH back up to 6.0-6.2, use the Microblast as suggested in the other post, or a combination of both? Excuse my ignorance, but this is my first time going the Hydro route (wish I had made the switch long ago!) Thanks for any advice.

If you raise the ph past 6.0 you will cause lock-out of all mobile nutrients. If you use humans as a comparison to explain the 'why only one plant' question: 4 brothers one has asthma.......why? There is no reason other than genetic varients and hyper sensitivity, weakness basically. Use a magnesium rich product for a while with a ph of 5.5-5.8, then things should perk up a bit.

Appreciate the assist. Stopped by the local Hydro store this afternoon and picked up a bottle of of the EJ Microblast. The girl there suggested I might try foliar feeding the one plant, and boosting the Magical in my nute mix. The pH question was due to what I read about Mag locking out at 5.7 and below (in the long post on every malady); everything else I've read seems to say 5.5-6.0 is the optimal range for hydro, so I'm going to stick at 5.8 since the other they seem to be thriving (other than the one having a few sick leaves.) Other than those four fan leaves, she (I'm an optimist) is looking great for 27 days from dry seed.

Tried the Earth Juice Microblast as a foliar feed, and got to say that stuff is magic! The leaves showing early signs all cleared up and turned a healthy green. Went ahead and trimmed the lower leaves that were beyond help (getting a bit crowded anyway). Hit all four plants with the stuff and they all seem to love it. Sarah (the runt of the group) is now catching up with her sisters (yeah I'm a fucking optimist, but everything I have sprouted the past few years has been female.) Upped the MagiCal a bit and through in a bit of the EJ when I changed out the nutes today, so I'll see how that works. Keeping the pH at 5.8 and watching my babies grow. Thanks again for the help in ID'ing my problem.
