Its an autoflower (Black Gold from Cream of the Crop) so not a lot of time for guess work. I have flushed soil just in case it was a little hot (FFOF). Planted 2 seeds at exact same time. Both in the pictures to show difference in size and etc first pics are plant in question and second plant is the healthy counterpart. Same age. Same strain. Same conditions. Temp and humidity has been perfect and pH not too bad (around 6.5 water in and 6 on run off) and no nutes added so far. Using tap water that i let sit out 48 hours at least. Thanks in advance. It takes a little time for a seedling to adapt to ffof. I prefer to start a seedling in something like ff light warrior then transplant to ffof. I guess with auto's you will want to start in the pot you finish in.
As long as the new growth comes in looking good it will probably be fine.
I would not flush again.
Happy Growing!

I flushed with just tap water. No flush additive. Just did that to "cool" the dirt down. But yes, I started in FFOF because I didnt want to transplant since its an auto. Hopefully it works out. If not at least the other is doing extremely well. Will start giving nutes to that one this coming week. Just hate seeing them side by side. Shows how poor the little guy is doing and teases me with how well they both should be doing.

Should add the spots were just on bottom 2 leaves. Has since spread to the top 2. New growth looks good so far but so did the top 2 leaves until they didn't.. If new growth turns i will start worrying. Lol

If something about the new growth starts to show problems take a couple of pictures and post them here.
Should be fine and grow out of it.
Unlike clones seeds are like brothers and sisters, sometimes they have different strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes a seed will be a runt and not develop well.

Leaves got worse. A lot worse. Lol. So to save from complete loss I took a last resort method from my gorrila days. Took off all infected growth and pushed a little nute love its way Looks to be bouncing back nicely now. 36 hrs since I took off the 4 leaves and fed it, and it already has new growth and it slowly bouncing back. Pics of both as of a few mins ago posted. IMG_20180401_050956.jpg IMG_20180401_051008.jpg IMG_20180401_051040.jpg IMG_20180401_051123.jpg
