HELP! I just found a male w my 8 Kush and . .

Hi guys (and gals). I have about 8 female (beautiful Kush and Bertha) plants that are in the last stages of flower. They will be ready (for harvest) in about a week to 10 days.
I just found a male that I had put in with the rest. It's only 6 weeks old and put it in about 4 days ago. I got rid of it quickly, but the pods were definitely open. I took the precaution of spraying everything in the "flower" room with a lot of water.
My question is do I have to worry about the plants almost ready for harvest seeding? Thanks for any help on this!

cut you shit it will make seeds if you have a fan blowing and spraying water on anything with sugar is a no no on if one speck of pollen touches a hair you get a seed take a tester off an see what you got in there seeds starting or not

if its to late why not let it mature fully to get the most out of the bud tho? I dont know its a question for myself just in case

Just let them finish and take what you get. Go old school, pull out an old record album cover, crumble up your finished product on it and "clean it" for seeds. Smoke what you get and use the seeds for your next grow, being more observant for males of course.
You may still have some good smoke even with seeds.

Yeah, I pretty much figured that I didn't have much choice but to ride this one out and be more careful in the future.

I agree with Dirty Harry. People seem to react like a few seeds are going to suck all the potency out of the buds. They'll still get you stoned, no worries.

And look at the bright side...FREE SEEDS!
Could of been worse, something could of happened where everything died and you would have nothing. Happened to me a few weeks ago when I forgot to water my new sprouts, and the rock wool dried and they died. Nothing to show for that.

yeah man this happened to my whiye widow crop and i was livid but upon harvest i have enough seeds to last me my next 5 grows. only thing i was worried about was somthing i read that said plantss lose 25% thc when they produce seed

this same shit has happened to me like three times in the past but it was hermie hiding in the bunch im wondering how did u clean ur room after that and did it get rid of all the lingering pollen thanks

not trying to thread jack so sorry for this question i just gotta know cause i cant ever get rid of this shit i wanna pull my hair out

bleach inna spray bottle and wipe down everything, no matter if ur grow was perfect its always best to clean ur grow area totally to kill bugs, spores of mold and remove old plant debris, its just to cut down the odds of possible problems later on.
