Bud rot. Harvest immediately, cut off the rotten bits. It will advance and destroy the remainder of the buds unless you chop & dry NOW.

it means cut it down NOW. save some nugs now or wait untill you have no nugsleft. hydro or dirt bud rot is bud rot never good to see
