Help, How do I post a pic "in" a thread?

OK, I know how to attach pictures to threads, but I sea quite a few users posting pictures "in" there threads. This also allows them to put text before and after certain pictures as well as allowing them to have bigger pictures. So how do I do this??? Thanks...

copy and paste the url of the pics. click on the post your pics thread and upload to rollitup or use photobucket or something.
