HELP how bad did i fuck up

So i have my room in my garage with the flower side seperated by black plastic. this morning I had my regular light turned on the non flower side so I could do laundry and I forgot to turn it off. the black plastic barrier isn't perfect but I would guess it blocks about 80% of the light from the one cfl bulb. The light has been on 6 hours during the dark time.

I know with the plastic down it wasn't a perfect seal but blocked most and I'm probably freaking out over nothing but would 6 hours of extra light probably equivelant to that of a full moon cause any serious issues if the plants are used to total darkness.

plants have been in flower about 40 days

i cant believe how stupid I am arghhhhh fuck me please no herms >_<

thank you so much I know I was probably freaking out over nothing I just have a lot of beautiful babies and I can't let anything bad happen to them lol i felt so stupid when I realised
