Yeah ^^^^^^^, are you trying to grow in plastic or soil? Cause I don't see too much soil. You probably need to do some research before trying to grow something/anything.

No nutes just water and light and most of the time I try to give sunlight. Yeah could b not enough soil and the root is tangled I'm going to transfer to 16 oz solo see if that helps us top soil off better I'm pissed my babies been doing so good I can't believe this.

The soil is yellow, what kind of brand is it. I bet it has nutes in it.

I also second pgh bigger POT and more soil. Or at-least make 100 1/4 inch holes in your cup to allow air/water to mix best.

Honestly if you're gonna replant it into something bigger, just put it into an actual pot because you're gonna have to replant it into something bigger in a few days anyway. I mean, it's a weed.....it's gonna grow like one lol.

what kind of soil are you using?

You missed my point entirely. M y point is that you have no idea what you are doing. Do some research.

I veg in Solo cups until they are about 6-8" tall, so I don't think your the issue has anything to do with "room". You can grow from seed to harvest in a Solo cup if you really want, there are Solo cup contests here on RIU. Have you made holes in the bottom (I hope so because it is not impossible to do after a plant is in it, but doing it ahead of time is a lot easier, trust me :) I make 4 (not 100) holes on the outer rim of the bottom of the Solo cup and it seems to drain just fine. About 1/3 cup every two days seems about right for me. Solo cups make great starter pots, I really don't think that is the problem.
Are you adjusting the Ph on your water? This is important in such a small space because so little soil can easily become acidic or locked up with salts, especially if it isn't draining properly.
All in all, I don't think your plant is fucked at all. Good luck.

Also, all the "research" I have done has said that not only is it not harmful to let roots reach capacity before transplanting, it's actually beneficial. Starting your plants in a big pot just makes the roots go every which way and they never develop the tight, dense root structure that soaks up nutrients like a sponge. I go from rooting cubes, to Solo cups, to 1 gallon pots, and finish in 3.7 gallon pots. The tap root will basically go as deep as it can right away, but that's not necessarily a good thing. Obviously you don't want root lock, that's an extreme, but root density is a good thing for sure.
Your doing fine. I don't see any harm in trying. And I certainly don't see the point in being discouraging and telling you that you don't know what you're doing... but yes research is good and you've found a great place to start. Good luck.
