They were doing great now one the babies I believe it's the Amnesia the tips are turning brown and the leaf starting to grow underneath is turning brown. What's going on? From the looks of the soil your over watering. Could be some root rot. A tiny plant only needs a tiny amount of water. To encourage root growth water less frequently so the roots expand in search of water. Other than it looks like nute burn but you wouldn't be using nutes on a plant that small right? What soil are you using? If its miracle grow or ocean forest or any nute filled soil could be the problem. Young plants only need basic potting soil to grow, dont need to nute em up yet. Good luck buddy. Peace.:peace:

I just watered them soil was looking dry. I definitely used no nutes at this stage so not nute burn. Could it b lack of light due to the top leaves blocking the light from bottom leaves and those trying to sprout?

I doubt it, what soil have you got going? Also sometimes the top inches of soil are dry but the bottom is still plenty moist, that's the root zone. So just keep that in mind.

It could also be that your roots are a tangled mess in that tiny container, I would suggest moving the plant TO AT LEAST a 160z solo cup. I just realized how tiny that cup is about 8 oz right?

Like Growingforpeace said, the soil can play tricks on you. I've personally never been a big fan of sticking your finger in the dirt to know it its moist or not. I've had buckets with cracked fluffy top soil but once i stick a moister meter (3 dollars on ebay) the soil was reading a 7 out of 10.

you definitely are doing the right thing, no nutes to babies, I just use ro water keep them in a humidity dome with a heat map, seems like a get almost 100% females with higher temps, could it be light burn, what lights do you use, and are they too strong or too close to the plant? I use 400 watt flourescents on my babies. I find they do great with low light wattage in the baby stage.
