I think the limit depends on what the doctor recommends. I also think it depends on where you live. I live in California and i think it even is different for which state your in.. On norml in mendacino i think the limit is up to like 25 so i think it all depends.

anyway yeah i shut it down. took down all the mylar, put everything back in its box and now the box i was growing in is just a storage place for the light and everything. I mean i dont know for sure but i think im allowed to own all that stuff if im not even using it they cant really do anything right?

I dont see how you could get in any trouble for having something to grow plants in just dont tell them you were growing bud and you should be all set

Keep in mind...if you keep things are they are....remember people you don't want to know; know your business. That is never good!!! Remember ALWAYS play it safe! I would shut it down.

I am allowed to have six immature and six mature plants. How in the hell can mendicino county allow 25 plants, thats ridicules. Even six is more than personal use.

The part that makes me wonder is that he says his medical rec. allows him to grow up to 10 plants...why does every single marijuana permit seem to have different limits? Are some people lying or what? My limit is double what he says and I know others on here that say their limit is even more? Every patient I know in real life ( spanning 3 counties down here ) has the same limit I do. What gives ?

it goes by county. my county allows 30 mature female plants. every county has established it's own guidelines. plant counts mean shit.

do i get 1 of these.......IMG_1178.JPG

or 1 of these..........IMG_2699.jpg

they also include canopy size and amount of dried meds on hand. these 2 things mean much more than plant count. i'm allowed 3lbs of meds and a canopy of 100sqft. i can do this with 1 plant or 30 or even 100. depends on my growing methods. these are some of the "grey areas" that law enforcement is having trouble with. understandably so. :blsmoke:

Glad you shut it down. Go out and buy some strawberries, tell them your were growing hydroponic strawberries for a school project, offer them one and give them a pretty smile ;)
