Rapid growth as the plant gets ready to flower... Nitrogen is being sucked from the lower leaves because you aren't feeding enough. In addition it looks very underwater ed.

Yes those are severely overwatered if the soil is wet and they look like that you need to make sure they get a dry spell cause that's guna slow them way down

K well your bucket is what half full of soil so that plant is actually in very little soil to begin with .....so as long as your absolutely certain the soil is saturated rite now with it looking like that it's overwatered ......you say your watering every day or other day which is ok ...but how are you figuring out when to water is the plant wilting a bit before you water are you testing the soil with you finger or lifting the bucket .....as far as feeding I'd feed her about ever third watering in your case or 5 days ...IMO but if possible try to get her in some more soil

Could I just add the soil on top cause I can actually see the root above the dirt off the main stem
Yes you could add some soil on top or put large holes in the sides and bottom of your bucket and bury it into a larger container filled with good soil .....unless you wanted to try a quick transplant ...because cutting through that bucket may cause more harm than good being tough plastic ....

I might just cut big holes and bury the bucket I don't have any help and would be a pain in the ass to do it by myself

I'm not sure if a brand new razor blade in a razor knife would cut through that for you but it's worth a try before going to extreme measures ......good luck and remember there's roots and a living plant inside the bucket so be careful
