HELP! Having issues with drooping organic grow

I recently started a new grow and instead of using chemical fertilizers as I normally would, I decided to try my hand at organics.

I was recommended the following mix by a friend, multiple friends have had success with this mix, but so far I think the plants look pretty unhappy.

1 bail hp promix
17L perlite
20L way to grow african night crawler worm castings
15 cups gaia green (4-4-4)
(they recommended mixing the ingredients dry, but for my first transplant I added 8L of water to the promix before mixing in the additional ingredients)

I transplanted from 1" rock wool cubes into 5" pots.
I then used tap water to water them, my friends live in the same city and said they don't ph the water when watering…

They are in a sealed air conditioned room (started off around 78,50%, now around 80,56%). We started adding co2 after the first week. At this point the plants didn't look awesome (yellowing leaves around edges), but when we turned on the co2 the next day the plants were severely droopy. I then added a timer to go from 24 hours of light to 18/6 because I had read online that they need time to rest and release built up co2 at night. They looked much better the next day.

Now just past the 3 week mark, I came in about 2 hours after the lights turned on (earlier than I normally come in) and they looked droopy again, but an hour later they stood back up. Co2 started off around 800 ppm, now up at 1000 ppm.

Today I transplanted them into 10" pots, using the same recipe as above except I cut the gaia green back to 12 cups because even though there is yellowing they seem to be a darker green than I am used to seeing.

Any help is appreciated!

Update:

Hey guys! I am still having major issues with my garden.

After their transplant into 10” pots, the plants looked like they were doing better.

4 days after the transplant I noticed spider mites on two plants, so I used Azamax on them (7.5 ml/L). Since that night, the plants have been droopy and not looking happy. I watered them with plain water 6 days after the transplant, it almost looks like over watering? The temperatures were up in the 90’s when we first turned on all 12 lights the day after I sprayed. The 4 worst looking lights are under HPS instead of metal halide. They are still in veg, we turned one light off and it brought the temperature down to 89, 35%. Could CO2 running 24/7 at 1000 ppm harm the plants?

Pictures show the smaller plants from just before the second transplant and the bigger pictures are from today.
