HELP! Good or bad foxtailing

Hey, thanks for reading.
So I'm 7 weeks into flower and my bud is starting to foxtail.
It blue cheese which is known to naturally foxtail but I just want some expert advice on whether this looks like good or bad foxtailing going on here.
Blue cheese is a cross of cheese and blueberry which are both known to foxtail.
Incase it is heat/light intensity damage, I have turned my ballast down from 600w with boost (so about 660w) down to 400w.

once I got control of temps, humidity and air flow foxtailing became rare.
I'd choose a larger air conditioner over a smaller light though.
you're almost finished and foxtails taste just as yummy as any bud. Hail Calyx!
