see if you can up you wattage, not to spark a wattage/lumens thing here but at least when you up wattage you up lumens .........

see if you can get up around the 60`s, you will see a big change in reality i think it was 13w you have will only stay slow and scrawny....

its all useful but at this stage the 2700k is more useful for flower, so shes getting too much of the wrong light so to speak, best keep it stronger 6500k than 2700k in veg, some say only one spectrum in veg one in flower others a mix of more 6500k in veg and vice versa for flower thats really up to you...

the better the wattage the better she`ll do, get the right strenght light and she`ll flourish

you can flower it whenever you want but your yeild is going to suffer. flowering it now it will probably stretch a bit but if you have the room and means to improve lighting letting it grow more will increase your yeild in the end.

its really up to you, maybe flower this one out and get working on your setup, theres lots to learn on these boards and for under 50 bucks you can probally get a legit setup going that will give you decent yeilds, the more $$ you can put into lights the better quality and quantity you will get out of your crop.

all in all you get what you put in and thats a fact.

give me a $$ amount that you can spend and a list of supplies you already have and i can set you off in the right direction man.

if you can come up with 100$ you could build a pretty sweet CFL setup

60$...... hmm

ok can of white spray paint $2.00 (use flat white)

6x light bulb Y they are around $2 each at home depot, also get 6x light socket adapter that plugs into standard 12v outlet, also around $2 each.

im sure you have a surge strip lying around

up to $26

2x 26w "Daylight" (6500k) CFL $8

10x 26w "soft white" (2700k) CFL $8

up to $42 now

2x PC fans and adapters, you can either find these around the house or hit up a local pc repair shop and get some used ones for a really cheap price, or even for free. the adapters might be harder to come buy but for around 10$ you can get one that will power both fans at radio shack.

the biggest carboard box you can find, open it along the seam and paint the inside of it white, tape it back together and cut off the flaps on the bottom of the box.

mount your surge strip to the top of the box and install the PC fans exausting out the top, cut 2x 2" holes on both sides of box at bottom (passive intake) plug all you adapters into the surge strip and then screw all the Y's into the adapters, you now have room for 12x 26w CFL's fill it up, get the fans working and you have a sweet DIY carboard box cab.

If you scrounge up as much as you can for free you should be able to make this for under 60$. also make sure you get a timer for the lights, you can leave the fans on 24/7 if you want or put them on the timer. 24/7 is better but if they are off at night it wont matter much.

if you build this box exactly like i said, with the exact amount of lights you will have a cab that will grow 1 plant at a time and you will get a nice yeild and decently fast growth. if you want to cut corners and put in less light its going to show .

12 x 26 = 312 watts, this should grow one plant well, i had you get more 2700K (soft white" bulbs because they are better for flowering and cheaper so on a budget they are a better choice.
