Not exactly sure but if I were you I would rinse with at least as much water as the container. If you are worried about over nuting and time is important you can flush with out letting it dry, but if you do water again quickly let it dry fully to ensure that you don't have over watering problems.

I would flush now, just keep poring lots of ph 6.5-6.8 water over soil so lots of runoff, test runoff with ec pen till level comes down, 15-20 liters, them let dry out

i dont think so,nut burn is on tips and edges of leaves, looks like maybe gnats, is there any sign of small black bugs flying or running around top of soil, get a stickie bug trap or fly paper to be shaw.
check by tapping side of pot, they like to hide,

Letting the soil does not nessessary make flushing any easyer.Move the top layer of soil around with your fingers because if you have let it dry too much there will be a gap around the outside of the soil edge.Ph the water to 7.0 then flush it through if the plant's have a decent root mass you can not over water them.Make sure that you have a good run of repeat this everal times till the water take's on a differant coulour clear. Then let the plant become a little dryer i would leave it for 4/5 days before re watering. If it dry's faster than this then this is normaly a sign that the plant is in a too smaller pot so put it into something a little bigger.
