Help Fast!!

I have a 6 week old plant and it was doing just fine a hour ago and now a couple of the leaves are shredding and splitting apart was is this??? Thanks

No, but it looks like shes gonna live but the shredding started from the tips and went inward on 3 random leaves...sorry no pics
