help , droopy leaves

all the leafs on this plant were drooping, so i cut them off to let the smaller leafs grow... and now that those are getting bigger, they are drooping too... i dont know whats wrong.

dont cut leaves of its the plants solar panels and leaves usually droop from overwatering. Peace
