Give us more info. What is it growing in, what are you feeding it? Basic stuff like that can help diagnose what's going on.What do i do
The burnt tips and cupping leaves suggest to me overfeeding and overwatering.

Organic mix with perlite, distilled water mixed 2 tea spoons to one gallon every other gallon
