Help! Clawed leafs on my blue dream

Hey guys, so recently one of my two blue dream plants has new clawed leafs. Ive asked everywhere, ive been told nitrogen toxicity, to windburn, and watering issues. I have no idea what to do. I dont think its nitrogen since i stopped spraying the nutes 2 weeks ago. I dont know if its wind burn, I should tell you guys I leave my plants on my terrace all day and then when it gets dark i take them inside and put them under a 40w lightbulb. The terrace sometimes gets really strong gushes of wind and i worry, but its weird since only one of the blue dreams has the claw, while the other looks perfectly healthy. Any ideas? The drainage in my pots sometimes seems to much, I normally give them a 1 litter water bottle every 2-3 days, and even thought my pots are very large, a third of the water seems to drain out after 2 mins. Any ideas? Help pls im very concerned.

That drooping up top usually is a sign of Nitrogen toxicity. It's not the entire plant so it's does not seem to be a watering problem. That yellowing up the vert top is a little sign of something as well. Good chance taking her in and out in and out may be causing a problem as well.
