looks like its mostly fine just needs a bit more light...hard to say otherwise...what are your concerns exactly?

looks more then a week old, but it also looks like lack of light. you need light over 5000k to veg. More lights as high of watt as you can get and a ct of 5000-6500k.

whats the prob? its pretty hard to see clearly in those pics but if you are having probs...

Miracle Grow potting Soil is not that great and would be my second guess besides the poor lighting.

probably need to veg for a few weeks in those conditions... i wouldnt let them get more than a foot in veg though bcuz blue dream gets tall.

dont use ferts for a week or two since you got it in Miracle Grow potting Soil, it has enough nutes for right now. keep using the b1 stuff for a bit longer though.

dont water too often with that soil, and check your ph.

How long you veg depends on how big you want the plant to grow. A rough approximation is that it will double to triple in size from the day you switch the light cycles, most of which happens in the first 2-3 weeks.
Yes, you should use nutes, but not for a while. Mg potting soil has plenty in there already from what I hear, although you don't know what concentration or in what ratio, which is why a lot of people say bad things about it. One thing to remember is that if you have overfert problems, flushing the soil with water will release more nutrients, compounding the problem.
When you say the plant is a week old, that's from clone, right? It looks ok, just a little light starved is all. Get another 2-3 42w cfls around it and you'll be set.
