Help!! Anyone know why my seedling has sprouted purple leaves

Haha I though the other wasn't going to make it, so I planted that one incase I had to pull the other. I'm just waiting on the bigger seedling to grow a bit more before.i transplant :)

Nice! But personally I start them off in big ass pots off the bat and haven’t had any issues over the years. Give it a try next time! Just do one straight in a ten gallon! You’ll save so much time and effort later!

Yes I definitely will I've gained so much knowledge off this site, next seasons grow I'll put it all to practice, this year is all about trial and error :)

I did read once on why your not supposed to start off in big pots, but I forget the reason lol. Something to do with water :/

Perth/Femantle both times. Man, it's been some years ago, but that still is the best place I've ever visited. The people, weather, language. Everything was awesome! Had a carton of iced coffee there, before Starbucks even thought of it. I shoulda brought the idea back here. I'd be a retired bazillionaire.... Lol. Btw- you can keep the Vegimite. Whew. Ha ha ha. So where abouts are you?

Perth is beautiful!! Haha farmers fresh iced coffee is the best nothing here beats it!! I'm from Melbourne it's great here to only the weather is so unpredictable we get all 4 seasons in one day. Vegimite is the best thing! You don't smear it on like Nutella just a tiny bit with butter, next time your here get a vegimite and cheese scroll it will change your views on vegimite!

Yeah, the people I was staying with were quite the jokers. Funny, and had a great sense of humor. They had me try it, like it was pudding. Ya know, grab a big hurkin spoonful out of the container. Oh, yum.... It wasn't until a few years later that I was told exactly what you said- use sparingly! Just a bit. Lol. They are probably still laughing about that....

There's a lot more I'd like to see down there. Ayers Rock would be #1. Ah, here's one for you.... Got a guess on what was the single, most amazing thing I saw down there? I saw it in Perth, but you can see it too. I'd be willing to bet that most Aussies take it for granted. Well??? Lol

Hahaha I'm glad they were hilarious, I'd like to think us aussies are great people, down to earth and always up for a great time :) I've never been to ularu "Ayers Rock" that is on my list as well + it's hot there the weed would be when I was in Perth what stood out to me was Kings Park! So I'm guessing king's park!?

Kings Park, was awesome. (Except for the stupid Magpies that kept attacking us.... Lol). Coolest thing I saw there, by far, was the Southern Cross. Something you can also see in Melbourne. :mrgreen: Years of reading about it, hearing about it, seeing pics; that stuff just wasn't the same as actually seeing it in person. Pretty amazing. But hey, you see it everyday so it's no big deal, right? Lol

I had planned on actually posting something on-topic to the thread, but the pics of my purple leaves were a massive fail. Guess I'll try in the daylight tomorrow....
