Help again - first grow - are my girls ready

Hey Guys I am back, was wondering if my girls are ready for harvest please advise me on flushing because this is my first grow.

I would wait till the hairs turn brown, best to get a microscoope of course. But there real close... looks dank

i'd give em another week at least, but they look tasty as hell

Should I continue flushing for the last week than chop and then regenerate. Do I start with 18 hour light 6 hour dark or do I do 24hour for the first week or so? And would I start the high Nitrogen?

what's with this whole 'regeneration' thing lately/?? personally, unless it was a strain that you just have to save and have no seeds, I would just start some more seeds and grow out something new,,,,,

I have no more seeds left and wanting to keep going until I got some more... I am a newbie and just asking for advice.
