hey guys this is my first grow any advise is wanted. I'm using a 600 wat light average soil with wetting agent and controlled fertiliser I also threw some blood and bone and perlite in with it, I've only just put them in the bigger pots a week ago now hey are currently 5 1/2 weeks in all germanated and planted at the same time some are doing better than others also some slight yellowing in the leaves but yeh and advise is needed thanks. btw ive only recently taken out then intake fan because the ones growing near it became a bit to cold and the leafes started to drupe down so I put a smaller fan at the back and seems to be doing allright now no sigh of improvement though but others are doing great. 16 hour cycle btw

You're already ahead of the game - let the plants TELL you what they need!
Maybe research your light spectrum - vegging vs flowering colors, dry/wet cycle and keep the rest simple.
Try to make it to the harvest. If you smoke from your first "grow", you succeeded! Good luck!

That's alot of plants for the space.

I did the same thing my first grow. If this tent is your only grow space, and you don't want to cull runts, make sure the airflow is constant in flower.

I'd set a dehumidifier up for flower too if they're crammed In together.

I'm not seeing a problem. Take a pic of the specific one's you're concerned about in regular light outside the tent As for size there is always variability, trade spaces with some small ones and see if that changes anything

For your second grow you can improve your odds by changing up the soil plan. Use good, not average soil and don't use either controlled fertilizer or wetting agents. Not saying you created a big problem this time, but eliminate what could possibly become problems and you'll have less to worry about.

Good luck, and enjoy.

cull runts? does this mean mean taking out the males and herms?

also I only just put the ones that were doing the best in that position directly under the light they were actually spread out everywhere so ive ruled out that option thanks for advise!!

use a couple ten dollar grow lights from wally world.

when theyre that young, they do way better under low intensity white light vs hot bright orange light

and you can leave them on 24/7 till they are ready for the big light again

Fuk that .......get yourself a sunmaster duel spec bulb(15-20 quid) and you'll notice a MASSIVE difference.......your plants r way below what they should be.........but..........with a little common sense and some pure love for her(them)an she will reward you well....just keep asking that's wot we're here for.....

When your plant's adapt to those pots ...........Thay will take off massively .........it would have better if you kept them in their small pots !........ you would have a big difference.....

yes or just change the bulb to metal halide or something, but cheap grow lights will save on power and heat and, at least for the first couple weeks, they cant utilize that much light anyway

The plants will take off once the roots expand out to fill the bigger pots. Depending on strain it could be pretty fast.
Avoid the temptation to mess with them twice a day and jest glance at them occasionally and learn what happy , thirsty, and overfed plants look like.
Less is more when you grow in soil.
