Help a brotha out

Hey guys I have not posted on here for a Really long time but I decided to bust out the old grow 10 and 400 W set up but I’ve had a recurring problem 75% of the time I grow and eight still cannot figure what it is and before I do this new Run I want to make sure it goes right…
So basically for some reason about my fourth or fifth week into flowering my butt would always get really dry to the touch. They lose all their older and they are not sticky anymore. Other than that the plant looks fine. Has anybody else ever had this problem?? By the time harvest comes around the bulbs would be completely bone dry and it’s not even worth saving the final product as bad as that sounds. I don’t know if it’s nutrient locked out or what I know it’s kind of a vague question. Foxfarm Ocean Forest soil and I think I was probably doing too much nutrients. This time I’m just going to do a little bit of Alaska fish fertilizer once every three waterings. Just curious for some input thanks in advance

This happened to one of my plants.
There were 4 random bag seed plants. Two of them were good; sticky to the touch, lots of crystals, and nice squishy but dense buds.
One was exceptional; super fucking sticky, a "glaze" of crystals all over everything, and you couldn't even touch the buds without your finger sticking and pulling the branch on the release(if that makes any sense to you)
But there was one...It had these super dense beautiful buds. They were sticky...for a bit, but every week after like the 5th they just got denser and dryer and its like all the stickiness went away and they just felt really hard and unpleasant to the touch.
Needless to say, the smoke from that plant was by far the worst of the 4. It was really smooth and tasted like nothing.

Idk what happened. They were all in the same RDWC and ate together. All went thru the same life. I chalked it up as a shitty strain...
Maybe I should have harvested that one at 6 weeks but I never heard of doing that soooo....Good luck on this grow and if you notice that happening again you may want to harvest early and pick a new strain to grow.
