Nice looking plants you got there :weed:

Someone suggested you continue to use grow nutes but didn't go any further???

I continue to feed mine grow nutes for the first 2-3 weeks of flowe,r but at about 1/4 strength. I find that my plants enjoy a little more nitrogen than my bloom nutes have to offer in these weeks. It keeps them green a little longer too.
right, sorry. Thats works.

southern- they look good- I dont see any chlorosis. those tubes are fine for veg as long as they dont get over like 20" high. save the hps for flowering.

what r u using to measure the ph?

to be honest the only thing i have, when i do use anything, is a ph dip strips i used on my fish tank system...but i dont really test the ph, i just change the nutes every 14 days and i have had no problem yet so when i get this grow under my belt and start my next grow i plan on going bigger so i will invest in better seed, better setup, better lights, and i will buy some digital ph and ppm testers. as far as the lights they are about 2" from the plants!

i gotta mention that u will def have problems when u flower without ph tester. u can get a way with alot during veg but during flower, no way, especially in hydro. good chance ur crop will fail without properly phing ur water and monitoring it. everyone will tell u that. u may be able to get away with the one u r using but you gotta do that shit everyday in flower, especially phing the res.

I would def go with the Hanna over the drops. The drop color chart is so vague u will have a hard time telling 4.oo from 6.00 and u need to be in 5.4-5.8 range.
Well worth the $$.
U buy the Hanna meter. u buy the calibration solution. they go together.

the two links go together
