Help! 2 week-old plants' leaves severely drooping down...

So I've been growing my two seedlings for 2 weeks now... I just recently transferred them into bigger pots. One of them seems to be doing alright, but the other's leaves are drooping down and look slightly yellow. I never had this problem with it before the transfer. I watered it the other day... maybe I overwatered? Help, I don't want it to die!

if the soil is still damp then you may have over watered. if the soil is dry then they're telling you they want some water.

The top of the soil feels dry, but I just watered it the other day... and the other one is doing fine and I haven't watered it in quite some time...

Yeah, actually I did... when I was transferring the plant whose leaves are curling some of the roots did get damaged...

Well I've been growing both of them in the window and it's been working fine until the transfer. But yeah, I will get some more intense light, if only for the one with damaged roots.

they're stretched. get cfl lights 2 to 4 inches from those bitches. let the soil get close to dry before watering.

When I first got to this site I read and read and read and read some more before I ever asked my first question. My plants were screwed up beyond craziness! I would see people post "dumb" or often asked questions and see someone get snotty and think Wow, there is no need for that" That being said, PLEASE do not think I am being snotty but dude if U do not do some serious reading I promise you will screw your plants up. U might get lucky and still end up with a harvest of some sort, I did... I ended up with 2 pounds of canna bud from a hermied plant and 6 seriously pollinated girls..... Below are 2 links that will help get U started....

How exactly will they get "screwed up"? Also I am not growing to try and get a serious harvest. It's more like a fun experiment that I am hoping will turn out well. >_>
