Help 2 questions!?

1. I have brought a new 100x microscope from maplin and it has a light, but i dont know how to use it to look at the trychromes when my 2 plants clearly have them as i can see dem by eye...??

2. Also i am in week 7 and a half, and the hairs on both my 2 plants are about 30-40% brown, how long left until harvest do you think? I was thinking maybe 3-4weeks?

wait till 75% hairs turn colors not white then look at the tricomes most should be milky white and amber .. NOT CLEAR

Yeah i am worried i will cut it down wen the trchromes are clear as i fink i done dat last time bcos i didnt have a microscope but now i do...

Lowryder 1, when the hairs are about 75% brown wont the trhycromes be milky and amber??
