When I visit wonderland every summer security always finds my doobies in my cig pack. Yes I get questioned. They take my pink in the office. Come back after a min or two and tell me just to stay in the smoking area of I need to. Idk just some of my expiences.

The latest round of changes has made a few key changes that are really interesting, above and beyond the obvious
  • MMAR patients can now dispense to each other legally. They could never prove where it came from before, but now you can barter and trade all you want as long as both people are MMAR. One patient can also legally extract medicine for another patient and there doesn't appear to be any issue with profiting from this as well (*cough*business opportunity*cough*).
  • Vape pens can be used in public as long as you are a patient. This may even be good news for e-Cigarettes in general, but at the very least it means that patients can now celebrate 420 in the park without being slapped on the wrist.
  • I'm hearing word that there's a strange loophole in the system now that allows a doctor to prescribe extracts. Still looking into this more and waiting to hear back from a few parties, but I'm seeing some big money flowing into investment in this area so I assume their lawyers have done their homework.

MMAR application form was amended some time ago to include an option to share the information with RCMP so there's 'no confusion over who is legal or not', so the RCMP probably does have access. Confuses me that they still need to call into the HC database thing but that whole system is pretty convoluted.

Uhhhh...link? I don't believe this is true. I've filled out for the last 5 years of mmar and helped roughly a dozen sign up and locate DGs.

I can't link you to much specifically because it's a matter of a loophole in the exemption - this is how it was explained to me.

Designated Producers are also restricted to carrying the equivalent of 150 grams of dried marihuana. All fresh marijuana and cannabis oil must be added together with any dried marihuana when considering the allowable limit. 500 grams of fresh marihuana and 50 grams of dried marihuana, or their equivalent in oil, would remain within the 150 gram limit. Persons providing assistance are restricted to possessing a one day amount or the equivalent of 5 grams dried marihuana.

But he quotes lift.com like a cop. Truth is... Oddish has an interest in seeing the mmpr susceding. So his nonstop criminalizing sick people is no surprise.

I don't make money from anything anymore.
My LP failed and all the MMAR guys I had brought onboard are all back in their own gardens.
Everyone involved in my project was MMAR or CC.

Hate away.
