Cold stress can vary depending on the strain and the temperature fluctuations it went through and how often. Your plant can turn a purple color from the stress. Other problems like bud rot can appear from such hot humid days and freezing cold nights and when they freeze and thaw it can make the buds gross. Obvious signs of cold stress will include frost, stunted growth, and even death.
Wrong. Freezing will destroy buds not make them 'gross'.

20151202_163634.jpg Hi 420 I am NEW here and growing indoor for first time. LED, soil. The seed is an unknown strain. Topped plant 10 days ago without much top growth response when I noticed some of the new and newer growth had leaf damage of some sort. Here is a pic20151203_103037.jpg 20151203_103109.jpg 20151203_103134.jpg

I was photo bombing really. Lol

But..
I'm a tad overfeeding her Nitrogen. It was caused by a microbial bloom after feeding her molasses. Made my available N suddenly higher. I know to cut back a bit on slow release nitrogen in my soil mix, in my case it is feather meal, on the next run.

Peace
What is your soil mix recipe?

I'm using vermifire soil ammended with dolomite lime and perlite.
I was using a wider range of ammendments but have switch to bottled nutrients. The plant I showed had a fully organic soil on its second use, and was a bit N rich.

What nutrients do you recommend during flowering phase ?
Any nutrients that have a higher potassium, phosphorus to nitrogen ratio content. There are many different nutrient products on market. Google (or Bing, which is my favorite over Google) search - Best nutrients during flowering stage - and start from there.
