Hello, need help plz

Hello guys, so my questions is this, im trying to set a bubbleponic system and i want to do it myself , a while back i saw a thread on how to make one(home made), and now i cant find it at all, if some one can please send me to a link or knows were that thread is or can tell me like a step by step on how to make on will be great, thanks a lot guys.
